This one of the more popular Snake River float trips. Imagine arriving for your early morning river trip amidst low hanging clouds as you take in the view of the light fog and mist partially obscuring the Grand Teton. As each minute passes, the mountains of the Teton Range appear before your eyes as bald eagles sore above your head. Welcome to the “Snake River Float at Sunrise!”
What makes the Tetons unique is the unusual low base altitude without foothills to obscure the view of the nearly 7000 foot rise from the valley floor to the top of the Grand Teton. There is no better way to view the Tetons than with a paddle in your hand on this “Snake River Float at Sunrise!”
